Greenwich Harbor Partners Opens in San Francisco

October 13, 2017 – Fifty two percent of San Francisco Bay Area executives say it is “somewhat” or “very challenging” to find skilled candidates for professional-level positions, according to the San Francisco Bay Area Professional Employment Forecast from Robert Half. Seventy-seven percent of hiring managers plan to hire for open roles in the next six months.

Recruiters say highly skilled candidates are in great demand throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, and they often receive multiple job offers with competitive compensation packages. As a result, demand is growing for professional-level candidates in accounting, finance, administration, technology and the life sciences.

Recently, executive search firm Greenwich Harbor Partners opened a new office in San Francisco.

“Companies in the San Francisco Bay Area have been a growing part of our business and we felt it was time to increase our physical presence in the market,” said Carrie Pryor, the firm’s founder. Greenwich Harbor Partners focuses on digital transformation, media and technology for growth companies, large middle market companies and Fortune 100 companies. “We have found that our functional expertise has been in high demand by companies that are faced with digital transformation and a need to reevaluate their existing marketing strategies and assets,” she said.

Senior managing director Ted Pryor said Greenwich Harbor Partners has been able to help businesses that are looking to make changes. “Traditional consumer-facing companies are being forced by their customers to reevaluate their channels of communication and distribution, and our network of functional experts in media and technology has been critical to finding the right candidates,” he said.

Greenwich Harbor Partners was recently named one of Forbes’ America’s Best Executive Recruiters for 2017. In addition to executive search, the firm’s principals have worked in industry as general managers and investors and have direct professional experience with the types of issues that face their clients.

Executive search firm Mlegal Group expanded with the additions of Natasha Innocenti, Carter W. Brown, Suzanne Kane and Karina Robles in the San Francisco Bay Area. Ms. Innocenti, who previously led her own firm, has over 20 years of experience in placing law firm partners across most practice areas and has helped open California offices for 9 AmLaw 100 and 200 law firms.

Executive recruiter True Search added Ryan to its VC practice in its San Francisco office. He concentrates on recruiting C-suite and VP-level executives to some of the top enterprise software and consumer technology companies in the country. Having spent seven years at Daversa Partners, he has worked as a partner to any number of entrepreneurs and venture capitalists.

Allegis Partners expanded with the addition of John K. Anderson in San Francisco as a managing director in the firm’s human resources practice. He specializes in identifying human resource executives to lead HR teams and functions at a variety of organizations. Most recently, he was senior vice president for hrQ, a human resource professional services firm.

ON Partners appointed John Morrow as a partner and leader of its San Francisco office. Mr. Morrow, a search consultant focused on recruiting technology sector leaders, brings over a decade of experience to his new role. Previously, Mr. Morrow was a partner with Calibre One. He has led hundreds of senior executive assignments for clients.
