Search Firms In Hiring Mode
According to the San Francisco Bay Area Professional Employment Forecast from Robert Half, 52 percent of San Francisco Bay Area executives say it is ‘somewhat’ or ‘very challenging’ to find skilled candidates for professional-level positions; 77 percent of hiring managers plan to hire for open roles in the next six months.
Recruiters say highly skilled candidates are in great demand throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, and they often receive multiple job offers with competitive compensation packages. As a result, there is growing demand for professional level candidates in accounting, finance, administration, technology and the life sciences.
Coming up with the supply are search firms, and they themselves have been in ‘hiring mode’ throughout the San Francisco Bay Area:

Mr. Gladstone is responsible for cultivating relationships with existing Calibre One clients as well as new clients and candidates. Mr. Polich focuses on financial services technology, internet and the industrial sectors.
- Toft Group, an executive search firm focusing exclusively on the life sciences and healthcare sectors, opened a new office in the San Francisco Bay Area to support continued growth and customer demand. The office is strategically situated in South San Francisco, among neighboring biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and digital health companies.
