Kingsley Gate Launches Global Financial Services Practice; Opens New Offices
March 13, 2017 – Executive search firm Kingsley Gate Partners has launched a new practice serving the financial services industry. The effort will be led by two new senior partners, Mark Esposito and Paige Scott, who recently joined the firm. In addition, Kingsley Gate announced the opening of offices in New York and San Francisco to support the firm’s continued growth and expansion.
“Kingsley Gate has been successful in representing the executive search needs of financial services clients for many years, but the launch of our global financial services practice marks a significant milestone for the company by dramatically extending our expertise and expanding our footprint,” said Umesh Ramakrishnan, a Kingsley Gate senior partner. “Mark and Paige’s knowledge and experience in asset management, banking and alternative investments elevates our capabilities to new levels.” He said he was also thrilled to open two new offices on the East and West Coasts to serve the needs of the firm’s financial services clients.
With more than two decades of experience in the executive search industry, both Mr. Esposito and Ms. Scott bring financial services expertise that takes advantage of year’s of market intelligence and their collective experience at the senior management level.
Previously, Mr. Esposito was responsible for management and strategic development of the U.S. region and was founder of the U.S. corporate officers practice for Sheffield Haworth. He has advised CEOs, boards and C-suite executives on their most senior corporate officer needs across banking, asset management and alternative investments. He also served as a member of the Sheffield Haworth board of directors. Prior to his tenure there, he led the corporate officers practice at Sextant Search Partners, a specialty boutique financial services search firm dedicated to alternative asset classes, and was the founding partner of the financial services practice at now-defunct CTPartners.

Continued Expansion
This past fall, Kingsley Gate Partners named Geoff Hall as a new partner to support the firm’s growing life sciences practice. He is based out of the firm’s newly opened Denver office. With more than 17 years of unique and differentiated expertise in leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations, legal, finance, quality and engineering, Mr. Hall works alongside Buster Houchins, founding partner and senior partner, office of the CEO, to expand the life sciences practice to serve its growing base of clients.
