Expanding Global Footprint
Since 1988, EMA Partners has partnered with multinational corporations, governments and not-for-profit organizations across a variety of industry sectors and functional areas. It has more than 40 offices on six continents, and the firm continues to expand its footprint globally.
This spring, EMA Partners formed a joint venture with Decision Dynamics AB, a global provider of solutions for leadership and talent management. The organization now has access to Decision Dynamics’ tools, which it will deploy across its leadership search engagements, and also through its leadership consulting practice, to offer solutions to clients in leadership development, performance management, engagement and retention, and identification of high potential talent.
It recently opened a new office in London with the additions of managing partners Alison Ryan and Phil Sharp, who have more than 35 years of combined experience in executive search. Ms. Ryan has assisted organizations across market sectors to identify executive talent for a range of functions, including finance, sales, operations and marketing. She also advises start-ups on recruitment strategies, and assists venture capitalists with board selection. Mr. Sharp began his career in executive search and continues to work alongside many international organizations and global brands.
EMA also added two new offices in South America, with new locations in Santiago, Chile, and Lima, Peru, with the additions of TestaNova and Pera Consultores. Antonia Errázuriz is one of the founding partners of TestaNova, a firm that has served Santiago and the Chilean market for seven years, specializing in the areas of industrial, consumer, retail and financial services. The two offices join an expanding partnership of search firms in South and Central America, and six offices in North America.
