Signium Add New Member Paris

February 9, 2018 – Executive search consultants are seeing an increase in hiring mandates from around the world. To meet the demand, they continue to develop new practices, hire new recruiters and open new locations.

Global recruiting consortiums, meanwhile, are taking advantage of a resurgence in certain geographic areas.

Signium, for one example, is continuing to expand with the recent addition of Emeric Lepoutre & Partners as a partner in Paris.

The firm’s Emeric Lepoutre, Béatrice Follea and Sylvie Maillot were all partners with Heidrick & Struggles in France 15 years ago. After taking different routes (respectively at Spencer Stuart, Signium and Eric Salmon), all three re-joined to create Emeric Lepoutre & Partners in 2015. Ms. Follea focuses on industrial and healthcare, Ms. Maillot on FMCG, retail and luxury goods, and Mr. Lepoutre on CEO searches and board assessments.

“We are very excited to have Emeric join Signium in Paris,” said Alastair Paton, Signium vice chairman and partner in Signium United Kingdom. “His reputation as a trusted advisor at the most senior levels in French business is outstanding. We look forward to working with Emeric and the Signium team in Paris as they continue to build the business in one of our most important markets.”

Signium said it is happy to enhance its presence in France through this team of senior consultants focusing on executive search and board assessments.
