Signium Names Practice Group Leaders
June 9, 2017 – Executive search firm Signium U.K. has named Paul Surridge as global head of leadership consulting and Dominique Graham global head of legal and professional services.
Mr. Surridge takes over the position from Kin Chong U, who remains with the firm as managing partner of Signium Management Consulting. Mr. Surridge is an experienced management consultant, specializing in talent and transformation. He has worked with a wide range of FTSE 100 / 250 and Fortune 500 organizations in many industries including the industrial, life sciences, ICT and financial services sectors. He leads a number of client engagements involving leadership and talent evaluation and development, executive coaching, strategic alignment, organizational effectiveness and high-potential programs. Previously, he was a senior principal at Korn Ferry, where he led a number of large assessment and development programs in addition to being global account manager for several blue-chip clients.
Ms. Graham succeeds Carli Kinnear, a partner with Signium in Toronto. With almost 30 years of experience in search and selection, Ms. Graham works exclusively at the partner and general counsel level. Her search assignments include general counsel for global corporates as well as partners for leading U.K., U.S. and international law firms across the globe. Ms. Graham was one of the founders of legal search and consulting firm Graham Gill, which became part of Signium U.K. in 2015.
Recognition
“The recognition of Paul Surridge’s international expertise in leadership consulting is a real complement to the impact he has made in less than 12 months at Signium,” said Alastair Paton, managing partner of Signium U.K. and vice chair of Signium’s global board. “Dominique Graham helped pioneer executive search in private practice in the U.K. and has an unrivalled global network in law firms as well as with general counsel in the corporate world. In her new role, she will help grow Signium’s business across all 45 offices.”
Signium U.K. also expanded recently with the hiring of Andrew Dawson as director of its London office. Mr. Dawson spent 18 years as director and head of the industrial practice at Hoggett Bowers. “Andrew Dawson’s deep expertise and high profile in the energy, transportation, infrastructure and broader industrial sectors helps us build on our existing U.K. capability in these areas,” said Mr. Paton.
