Stephanie Schubbach

Head of People

Stephanie currently serves as Head of People. She is responsible for guiding and managing the operations of the company’s HR department as well as assisting and advising the SpenglerFox Management Team in HR related matters. Stephanie lives near Frankfurt with her husband and son and works out of SpenglerFox’s office in Eschborn, Germany.

Stephanie has worked in the Human Resources sector since 2009. She joined SpenglerFox in 2015 as Regional Practice Group Leader for the Human Capital Solutions Service. Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team Stephanie worked as a HR Consultant and Trainer in Human Resources Development.

Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the FOM – University of Applied Sciences in Economics and Management in Frankfurt, Germany. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology from Fresenius – University of Applied Sciences in Idstein, Germany. In addition, she is a certified Trainer in adult education.
