Esra Elban

Senior Principal, Turkey

Esra currently serves as Senior Principal in the SpenglerFox Consumer and Technology Practice Groups. She is responsible for client services and satisfaction, delivery of projects, quality control and business development. Esra works out of SpenglerFox’s office in Istanbul, Turkey.

Esra commenced her professional career as a Portfolio and Product Manager at YKB, a commercial bank in Istanbul. In 2004, she moved to consultancy and joined Odgers Berndtson Executive Search & Selection as a Consultant.

In 2007 she joined SpenglerFox as Senior Consultant, focussing on business development within Energy, Automotive and Financial Institutions. From 2009 to 2013 she gained experience as Country Manager at the Grafton Employment Group, SpenglerFox´s mother company at the time, where she built the team from scratch to a headcount of 20 consultants. Since 2013 she deepens her expertise in SpenglerFox’s Consumer and Technology Practise Groups serving in Executive Search and Human Capital Solutions.

Esra holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science & Public Administration from Middle East Technical University (METU) in Ankara, Turkey. In addition, she ahas ICF accredited Approved Coaching Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) licence and completed 75 hours of coaching.
