Malgorzata Kosior

Małgorzata currently serves as Principal for the SpenglerFox Life Sciences and Consumer Practice Groups. She is responsible for business development, client services & satisfaction and for delivery of senior executive search projects in Poland and CEE countries. Małgorzata works out of SpenglerFox’ office in Warsaw, Poland.

Małgorzata has been working in Executive Search business since 2007 and has delivered over 300+ senior executive search and consultancy projects across all industries globally. Having gained the experience in Life Sciences, FMCG and Finance sectors, her career has progressed from Research and the role of Global Head of Research to her current role of the Principal Consultant. Before joining SpenglerFox in 2008, she has worked as a Research Consultant for Human Zone Executive Search company, where she gained the valuable experience she uses today.

Małgorzata holds a Master’s in Finance & Banking from Leon Koźminski Academy of Entrepreneurships & Management in Warsaw, Poland.
