Client Partner, CEE Region

Nikolett serves as Head of Hungary and Client Partner. In her role, Nikolett helps clients gain competitive advantage by executing on various parts of their talent agenda, she actively works on international Executive Search, Talent Monitoring and HR Consultancy projects across a variety of industries. She is responsible for client services & satisfaction, delivery of projects, quality control as well as business development. As Head of Hungary, she is responsible for the growth and development the entity. Nikolett works out of SpenglerFox’s office in Budapest, Hungary.

Nikolett has been working in the Executive Search industry since 2004. In addition to her extensive experience in the Life Sciences area she has also delivered searches in the Consumer, SSC and Industrial sectors. Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team, Nikolett started her professional career at a consultancy firm as an Assistant, later she worked as a Researcher in a recruitment company, mainly focusing on the financial sector. In 2007 she joined SpenglerFox as a Researcher where she has continuously developed and is today a Client Partner and Head of Hungary.

Nikolett holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from the Budapest Business School, Hungary. As “extracurricular” activities she participated in couple of self-development courses.
