Andrzej Nitecki

Principal, CEE Region

Andrzej currently serves as Principal for the SpenglerFox Leadership Advisory and Industry Practice Groups. Andrzej is responsible for client services and satisfaction, delivery of projects, quality control and business development. He works out of SpenglerFox’ offices in Warsaw, Poland.

Andrzej has worked in the Executive Search industry since 2017. In addition to his core industry experience in Human Capital Solutions, Andrzej holds knowledge in Industry, Logistic, Financial and Professional Services Industries. Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team in 2019 Andrzej was Partner in Stanton Chase, and HR Director at Polish Post, Stora Enso and ENEA.

Andrzej holds a Master’s in Social Sciences the University of Poznan. Furthermore, he completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School as well as the Leadership Program at INSEAD Business School.
