Senior Principal, Western Europe Region

Lars currently serves as Senior Principal and is a member of our Technology Practice. Lars works out of SpenglerFox’ office in Eschborn, Germany

Lars joined SpenglerFox in December 2020. Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team, Lars worked as Principal at Dr. Würtele und Partner Personalberatung, where he was responsible for finding the perfect match for internationally operating auditing companies and specialized restructuring and consulting companies. Since starting his career Lars has found many suiting candidates, not only focusing on the technical fit but also including the cultural fit in the process – incorporating a holistic approach in his searches.

Lars holds a Master’s Degree in Modern East Asia Studies with focus on China, from the Goethe-Universität Frankfurt, in Frankfurt, Germany. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese Studies and Political Science from the same university.
