Eva Drobna, PhD.

Principal, CEE Region

Eva currently serves as Principal for the SpenglerFox Industrial and Consumer Practice Groups. She is responsible for client services & satisfaction, delivery of projects, quality control and business development.

Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team, Eva worked as Talent and Community Manager at EIM Executive Interim Management, where she was responsible for senior level candidate management across various industry sectors within the CEE region.

Previously she worked in international Executive Search companies and was responsible for the delivery of talent solutions, mainly in the industrial sector.

Eva holds a PhD. degree in Social and Occupational Psychology from the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia.
