Cedric d’Halluin

Head of MEA & Russia, Leadership Advisory

Cedric currently serves as Head of MEA & Russia and Client Partner at SpenglerFox. He is responsible for developing the company’s presence on markets in the Middle East, Africa, and Russia. He works from SpenglerFox’s MEA hub located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Cedric joined SpenglerFox in 2008. Prior to that, Cedric worked for Ipsen, a specialty care pharmaceutical company in various roles from regional development, general management and strategic planning; always for operations in emerging markets.

Cedric holds a Master’s in Management from La Rochelle Business School in France and a Bachelor’s in Literature from the University of Nantes in France. In addition, Cedric is a certified Coach and qualified in LEGO® Serious Play®.
