Head of RPO

Peter currently serves as Head of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Solutions. Peter works out of SpenglerFox’ office in Prague, Czech Republic.

Peter joined SpenglerFox in November 2020. Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team, Peter worked as Talent & Diversity Director for Europe at Molson Coors Beverage Company, where he was responsible for transformation of the talent function spanning talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, people brand and Inclusion & Diversity.

Before Molson Coors he held several roles at Honeywell with increasing responsibilities such as Staffing Leader for North-Eastern Europe managing In-house and Outsourcing solutions, Staffing Director for India based in Gurgaon leading Outsourcing transformation of the second largest staffing operations, and EMEA Staffing Programs Leader to manage and deliver core improvement programs across EMEA with focus on new M&A integrations.

Peter has over 20-years of experience in talent acquisition in corporate functional transformations across EMEA and APAC regions as well as in Search Firms delivering high calibre talent.

Peter holds an MBA in HR Management from the University of New York in Prague, Czech Republic. He is also Six Sigma Green Belt certified, demonstrates Living Leadership and operates by User Experience Design principles.
