Krzysztof Chobot

Krzysztof currently serves as Principal for the SpenglerFox Industrial Practice Group. He is responsible for client services & satisfaction, delivery of projects, quality control and business development. Krzysztof works out of SpenglerFox’s office in Warsaw, Poland.

With over 15 years of experience in the Executive and Direct Search market, Krzysztof joined the SpenglerFox team in 2017. Prior to that, he worked for Hudson where he managed the entire hiring process. His focus was directed mainly within the Industry and Manufacturing as well as Chemicals, Energy & Utilities and Construction materials sectors. Prior to this he worked for a British recruitment company where he developed the company’s direct search practice in Poland and CEE. In his work in the Executive and Direct Search market, Krzysztof has completed over a hundred projects for Senior Management positions, mostly for international corporations.

Krzysztof holds a Master’s in Political Science – International Relation from Warsaw University, Poland and Bachelor’s in International Relations from Helena Chodkowska University of Technology and Economics in Warsaw, Poland.
