Miluše Horňáková, PhD.

Senior Principal, CEE Region

Miluše currently serves as Senior Principal for the SpenglerFox Industrial Practice Group. She is responsible for client services & satisfaction, delivery of projects, quality control and business development. Next to her expertise in the Industrial sector she is actively leading executive search projects for Healthcare, Finance and FMCG sectors. Miluše lives in Brno and works out of SpenglerFox’s office in Prague, Czech Republic.

Miluše joined SpenglerFox in 2005. Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team, Miluše has worked as a HR Manager in the Belgian manufacturing company IG Watteuw and as Senior Consultant at PwC where she was working in the HR Services for nearly seven years.

Miluše holds a PhDr. degree in Psychology and Pedagogy from the Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. She also has a degree in English from the Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic.
