Andreas currently serves as Client Partner and Head of our Digitization & Technology Practice. He is responsible for supporting our clients across the globe, from small specialist firms to large international corporations, from IT Services to all major industry sectors, with Digitization and Technology solutions. Andreas works out of SpenglerFox’ office in Eschborn, Germany.

Andreas joined SpenglerFox in 2021. Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team, Andreas worked as Managing Director at Hager Unternehmensberatung GmbH, where he was responsible for the Business Unit IT Services & Operation and was overseeing four other industry business units. Additionally, he was heading all back-office departments: HR, Finance, IT & Marketing and was the main driver of innovations and corporate strategy. In parallel he was in charge as Chairman of the global board of Horton Group International Ltd. He looks back at a career in executive search spanning 25+ years. With his extensive expertise, he is a well-respected and one of the top advisors in Digitization across the globe.

Andreas holds a degree in industrial manufacturing and studied law at Goethe University, Frankfurt, and International Business Administration at the University of Applied Science, Darmstadt.

He is regularly invited as speaker and moderator of workshops and round tables in regard to his expert knowledge in the field of digitization.
