April 2, 2018 – EMA Partners International, a global partnership of executive search professionals, has strengthened its presence in the Americas with the addition of recruiting firm Airaldi Smart Human Connections in Buenos Aires. Lucrecia Airaldi has been appointed as the managing partner for EMA Partners Argentina.
Ms. Airaldi is the founder of Airaldi Smart Human Connections, the predecessor firm for EMA Partners Argentina. Since 2007, the firm has built a track record specializing in C-suite executive search engagements across the consumer & retail, technology, telecommunications and luxury goods sectors in the region.
“An office in Buenos Aires is a logical extension to our Americas region and fulfils a long-standing client need for on the ground coverage of this key market,” said Chris Pantelidis, EMA Partners’ regional chair for the Americas. “We are excited about the collaboration opportunities between EMA Partners Argentina and our other offices in the region, and are convinced this will be to the benefit of our multinational and local clients.”
Ms. Airaldi said being part of EMA Partners was an exciting new step for her team. “We believe this will further strengthen our relationship with our current clients as we are now able to serve their global needs, given the EMA Partners international footprint,” she said. “We also welcome opportunities from multinationals investing in Argentina, and are well positioned to support their leadership and capability building initiatives in the region.”
Recruiter Rankings: Global 25
This year Hunt Scanlon reviewed an exhaustive list of global recruiting providers and culled it down to the top 25 global talent providers that now dominate the recruiting business worldwide.
Buoyed by rich natural resources, a highly literate population, a diversified industrial base, and an export-oriented agricultural sector, the economy of Argentina is Latin America’s third-largest, and the second largest in South America. It has a “very high” rating on the Human Development Index and a relatively high GDP per capita, with a considerable internal market size and a growing share of the high-tech sector.
Expanding Global Footprint
Since 1988, EMA Partners has partnered with multinational corporations, governments and not-for-profit organizations across a variety of industry sectors and functional areas. It has more than 40 offices on six continents, and the firm continues to expand globally.
Recently, the organization opened a new partner office in Dubai, expanding its presence in the Middle East. The office is led by A Ramachandran (Rama). He has 10 years of experience in executive search and serves concurrently as senior partner at EMA Partners India, where he leads the industrial, consumer and retail practices. He has significant experience leading executive search assignments in various industries across India and the region.
