Stanton Chase Opens New Office in Raleigh

April 23, 2019 – Baltimore, MD-headquartered Stanton Chase has continued its recent expansion with the opening of a new office in Raleigh, NC. Kathleen Lehman Hajek, who joined the search firm last year, has been named managing director of the new office.

In addition to serving companies in the Raleigh/Durham and greater Research Triangle Park area, Stanton Chase has a strong presence in Charlotte, NC. The Raleigh office team of search consultants provides a broad spectrum of expertise in technology, life sciences, bio-technology, healthcare, financial services and banking.

Ms. Hajek has more than 20 years of experience in executive search, recruiting C-suite, senior executive leaders and board members for healthcare services organizations, health plans, biotech and pharmaceutical companies. She is the North American leader for the Stanton Chase life sciences and healthcare practice group. Her diverse client base includes: leading integrated delivery systems, research institutions, physician practices, emerging growth companies, non-profit organizations and associations. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Ms. Hajek was a partner with MVP Executive Search and Development. During her career, she also gained search experience with Martin Partners and Heidrick & Struggles.

Stanton Chase recently added veteran search consultant J. James O’Malley as managing director in its Chicago office. He serves as a senior member of the professional services and financial services practice groups for Stanton Chase. Most recently, he was a partner and executive search practice leader at TalentRISE, a recruitment solutions firm in Chicago. 

Stanton Chase continued its strategic expansion to support the business environment in Tennessee with the addition of three new directors and a new office in Memphis.
