Ula has over 6 years of experience in headhunting industry, and currently works as a Senior Consultant in the Sports & Culture team, focusing on the cultural and entertainment industries, specializing in hunting of high-level positions in operations, marketing and sales.

Prior to joining the firm she work as a supervisor in a HK based recruitment agency, and provided talent consulting service to several Fortune Global 500 clients in retail, industrial and internet industry.

Ula majored in human resources management at Renmin University of China.
