Fendy joined the Jakarta office as an Associate with over 7 years of experience in the executive search industry. His expertise is in the engineering, IT&T and consumer goods industries.

After a stint at PT. Associated British Budi, a liquid sugar manufacturer, Fendy entered the recruitment industry, first working at PT. FSL Consulting, a local executive search firm.

He then moved on to work at Advancement Consulting Group Pte. Ltd., a multinational firm, as a regional consultant for South East Asia. In this position he was awarded the second best biller amongst all regions for 2010, a significant achievement for someone of his youth and experience.

Clearly, he has the professionalism and hunger to lock down the right candidate for the right job. With these achievements under his belt, he will undoubtedly prove to be a valuable addition to the Indonesia team. Fendy graduated from Bina Nusantara University with a double major in Industrial Engineering and Management. He is fluent in English and Indonesian.
