David Chan

Chief Executive Officer

David Chan is the Chief Executive Officer of Bo Le Associates (RGF Executive Search Great China). His leadership responsibilities include strengthening the Firm’s industry expertise and driving growth and innovation for the business.

While based in Shanghai, David provides advices on effective leadership, performance culture and strategic succession planning to clients all over Greater China. As China’s talent scene is rapidly changing due to Chinese companies’ internationalization as well as foreign companies continue to enter the market, David’s own global experience is utmost valuable to our clients.

David joined the Firm in 2015 and was Head of Bó Lè Hong Kong Office prior to taking on the role as Head of Bó Lè Shanghai Office in August 2017. He specializes in the Financial Services sector and has a successful track record with key placements in Corporate and Investment Banking, Private Equity and Asset Management.

Prior to joining the Firm, David has accumulated over 20 years of international experience in corporate and Institutional banking across Australia, Shanghai and Hong Kong. He has extensive knowledge and connections in corporate banking, treasury and C-level corporate management.

David has held leadership roles in several international banks including JP Morgan, National Australia Bank and ANZ. Also, He is also a proven chief executive who has previously managed a multi-million dollar Chinese-owned business in Asia Pacific.
