Lucy has had over 17 years’ working experience, 12 years of which gained in Executive Search Industry. She is currently the Office Leader of Bó Lè Associates in Tianjin.

Prior to embarking into executive search field, Lucy has more than seven years’ experience in international trade, operation, logistics, ISO9000 quality standard system set-up and internal-auditing in multinational manufacturing companies in a managerial role. She has had accumulated solid and hands-on experience in management solutions, operations and problem-solving skills. She also possesses in- depth understanding of multicultural work environment where she had worked with both local and multinational companies in her career life.

From the functional perspective, Lucy specializes in Banking, Finance and Accounting, Logistics, HR, Legal position searches. From an industry perspective, she is well familiar in searching and operation of manufacturing, medical and pharmaceutical and professional sectors. She has successfully completed a substantially high volume of middle to senior level executives’ searches. Her expertise rested in her highly professional and effective manner of handling various kinds of clients to assist clients in achieving strategic goals under the turbulent economic environment.

Lucy graduated from the Ocean University of China with major in International Economic Law.
