Maggie is a Senior Consultant in Sport and Culture Team, focusing on entertainment. Before joining Bole SST, she was a headhunter for 3 years and an in-house HR for 7 years.

Apart from the current focus, Maggie also dabbles in the position in IP, video content, advertising, distributing, marketing and the ancillary IP etc.

Maggie has a good understanding in the non-technical positions, including marketing, operation, product and sales when she served the customers in IT and Internet industry.

The experience of “HR + headhunter” renders Maggie having a more accurate judgment, especially in how to make a win-win situation between clients and candidates.

Besides, Maggie is good at analysis, diligent in thinking and more focuses on details.
