In her 15th year as a search professional, Ellen has completed numerous search assignments for top multinationals and local conglomerates in the Retail/FMCG, E-commerce, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial and Real Estate sectors in China.

Ellen is noted for her resourcefulness and commitment to complete difficult searches. Capable of serving clients and communicating with candidates from different cultures, she has placed a number of senior executives at APAC, Asia and Country level.

Having built up extensive network with local talent, Ellen and her team have proven to be an effective recruitment partner of clients in the region. On top of that, she is responsible for market and team development in West and Central China.

Prior to joining Bó Lè, Ellen worked as a Marketing Executive at MeetChina.com and also worked as an English Educator for freshmen and sophomores at the Beijing University of Chemical Technology.

Ellen holds a Bachelor of English from Beijing International Studies University as well as certificates for trainings in Leadership, Search Skills, Change Management, etc. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
