Joanna is a Director based Hong Kong with a focus in Real Estate and Private Equity sectors, she is also a Practice Leader of Real Estate and Hospitality in Hong Kong.

Started her recruitment career with a UK-listed recruitment services group over 12 years ago, she has helped international and local clients sourcing and placing senior level talent across different core front-line and supporting functions to C-suites positions such as CEO, COO, CFO, Regional Chief Executive, SVP Operation, Project Director, GM to functional managers in leasing, marketing, property management, investment to name a few.

Joanna currently serves clients across Real Estate Developers, Hospitality Groups, Consulting firms, REITs, Funds and Private Equity with a focus and strength in Greater China.

Educated in Hong Kong and Switzerland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Diploma in Hotel Management, she worked in international hotel chains in Switzerland and held senior positions in Hong Kong before moving into recruitment industry.
