Nicole Wu

Nicole is currently the Managing Director of Bó Lè Associates in Shanghai. She has been in the executive search industry for over 15 years. As an executive search consultant, Nicole has a proven track record in serving renowned private equity and venture capital firms together with their portfolio companies across China. Representing a number of international and domestic PE/VC firms, Nicole has successfully sourced and placed 100+ middle to senior level executives across Great China.

Nicole specializes in overall general management searches such as General Manager , CEO, COO, CFO, Vice President as well as head of functional roles such as operations, sales and marketing, human resources, finance and legal, in the sectors of financial services, TMT, consumer , manufacturing, healthcare and real estate.

Nicole has some start-up experiences. Previously, she worked as a participant of the APEC meetings and a member of New Zealand Ministerial Trade Mission. She has traveled extensively throughout China to establish business ties and cooperation with local government officials. She leverages her extensive network and market knowledge to facilitate her search assignments.

Nicole earned her degree in Business Administration with a major in English from Nanjing University. She speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
