Emerald Ji is a Director based in Hong Kong office. She leads the financial service team and is focused on all functions in financial industry i.e. Investment Banking, Private Banking, Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Insurance, In-House M&A, Corporate Finance and Corporate Strategy.

She specializes in senior to middle level executive search and has an extensive track record in various local and regional assignments for different industries.

Prior to joining the firm Ms. Ji was an Executive Consultant at Hudson, covering financial service industry. She was the top 1 biller at Hudson Hong Kong office and won many rewards i.e. Highest Biller in Hudson Asia Pacific (Q4 2016), Hudson Star Award Winner (Individual Contributor) (Q4 2016), Hudson Star Award Winner (Individual Contributor) (Q1 2017).

Earlier in her career, she served as an auditor at PWC Hong Kong. Ms. Ji holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Financial graduate with Summa Cum Laude (Top 1%) from University of Maryland Eastern Shore She is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
