Joannie Ye is a Managing Director based in Shanghai office. An established recruitment professional, Joannie has over 20 years of experience in executive search, specializing in a broad range of functions and industries including FMCG, Retail, Healthcare and some of Key account management in Industrial sectors.

In addition, she leveraged her in-depth expertise in Healthcare and consumer Practice to support senior-level searches for multinational and Chinese enterprises in various sectors.

Prior to joining the firm Joannie Ye learned her fundamentals in professional recruitment at Spencer Stuart in Shanghai, where she worked as Research Associate for three years before joining Bó Lè.

She earned degree from The Broadcasting University, major in English. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.
