With 18 years’ professional experience in executive search, Michelle has built an impressive portfolio of successful completions in mid to senior level assignments for top Healthcare, Consumer, Technology, Retail and Industrial companies in the region.
As the Practice Leader for Corporate Services, Michelle covers assignments in Human Resources, Finance & Accounting and Professional Services arena. She leads our specialization in Human Resources in Hong Kong and works closely with other specialist consultants on assignments in Asia including Greater China.
As an experienced search professional, Michelle is known for her speed, efficiency and perseverance in completing search assignments under difficult circumstances and tight time constraints. She has a proven background in building and nurturing regional client and partner relationships for over 18 years.
With a Master of Management in Human Resources from Macquarie University, Michelle is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
