Rosalind Dodd

Managing Director

Rosalind Dodd is a Managing Director in our In-House Practice Group, based in the New York office. She focuses on placing in-house counsel at all levels into the legal departments for multinational clients across New York City, New Jersey and Connecticut.

She has experience working with clients in many different industries, including financial services, investment management, technology, pharmaceutical, consumer products, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, sports and media.

Before joining the team in New York, Rosalind worked in our Hong Kong office assisting global corporations with the placement of their Asia regional counsels in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore. Prior to her career in headhunting, Rosalind worked for six years as both European and Asia-Pacific In-House Counsel for an international risk consulting firm liaising with law firms, financial institutions, government agencies and multinational companies across both regions.

Rosalind was born in England and raised in the United States. After graduating from the University of Florida, she returned to the UK to study law at The College of Law in London, where she became a qualified Solicitor and a member of The Law Society of England & Wales.
