As Managing Director for our Law Firm Management Practice, Dustin Laws is responsible for leading executive-level searches, including marketing, business development, technology, human resources, diversity, professional development, finance and firm administration positions.
He identifies top candidates for highly niche positions with clients around the country. Dustin takes a holistic approach to each search, leveraging our extensive network and many untapped resources during the sourcing process.
With nearly 15 years of experience in the recruiting industry, Dustin has worked for executive search and consulting organizations and has honed an unwavering client service mentality and a critical eye for identifying talent. He has a successful track record of placing candidates in a variety of executive-level positions in operations and administration, marketing and sales, engineering, finance, manufacturing and scientific-related disciplines.
Throughout his career, Dustin has developed longstanding relationships with his clients, including several Fortune 500 companies, by delivering high-caliber talent and creating value-added partnerships.
Dustin lives in Philadelphia with his wife, Samantha and their two sons. Dustin and his family enjoy taking part in their local community garden, attending concerts, biking, creating ceramics and trying new restaurants in Philadelphia’s ever-growing foodie scene.
