Brent Harris

Vice President, EMEA & APAC

Brent Harris is the Vice President of EMEA & APAC for Allegis Partners and Major, Lindsey & Africa, the world’s leading legal search firm. Based in London, he is responsible for developing the strategy for international growth within EMEA and APAC regions for both organizations.

Previously, Brent served as Regional Vice President at Major, Lindsey & Africa’s sister operating company Allegis Group International (formerly Aston Carter). As a founding member of Aston Carter in 1997, he brought more than 17 years of recruitment experience and was responsible for building and driving the growth of the permanent business predominantly within the UK but also overseas. His sector coverage has included financial services, high-end technology, and management consultancy.

Brent studied Japanese at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Brent lives in Richmond and is married to Natalie with whom he has three children. In his spare time, he supports a number of charitable organizations in a fundraising capacity, including Macmillan Cancer Trust, Rwanda Aid, and the Lawrence Dallaglio Foundation.
