Partner and Vice President, Retained Search and Advisory Services

Gregory Richter is a Partner and Vice President, Retained Search and Advisory Services, leading our In-House Practice Group and Law Firm Management Practice Group as well as MLA Transform, our advisory services group that includes our consulting offerings of Managed Legal Services and Talent Management Consulting. He also oversees Allegis Partners, a global executive search firm within the family of Allegis Group companies.

In this role, Greg is responsible for creating the vision and strategy, as well as developing the infrastructure and brand. He is committed to creating a dynamic environment for talent to realize its full potential.

Greg joined Major, Lindsey & Africa in 2009 to establish a staffing division within the firm. He led that team until the end of 2017, growing the division into today’s Solutions Practice Group, which provides specialized contract legal staffing services to clients needing staff augmentation, flexible and contingent workforce options, temporary-to-permanent hiring and human capital management.

Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Greg served in various leadership roles for a sister company Aerotek including strategic planning, hiring, training & development and P&L management.

Greg lives in Northern New Jersey with his wife Nicole and their twin daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, cycling, travel and family time at the Jersey Shore.
