Randi S. Lewis, a Managing Director with our law firm group, leads our Baltimore recruiting office. Randi places partners and associates in law firms and helps law firms with strategic practice acquisitions.
In addition to working with lawyers and law firms in Baltimore and its surrounding areas, she works in the Philadelphia and Richmond markets.
Before joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Randi was the director of lateral recruitment and diversity at Miles & Stockbridge, one of the largest law firms in Maryland. In that role, she recruited lawyers at all levels for the firm’s offices in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia. Randi also participated in strategic growth initiatives and played a key role in the acquisition, onboarding and integration of law firms, multiple lawyer practice groups and partners with portable practices.
A certified employment interview professional (CEIP), Randi has more than 15 years of experience helping lawyers transition from one firm to another. She regularly counsels lawyers on career strategy, career transition, interviewing, and compensation negotiations. She also counsels lawyers in transition through her work at Resume Boutique LLC, a career transition consulting company she founded in 2005.
Previously, Randi practiced law for 13 years with a law firm in Los Angeles, California.
