Keith DiConsiglio

Managing Director

Keith DiConsiglio is a Managing Director in our New York and Miami offices. He brings to his candidates and clients more than nine years of legal recruiting experience. He is recognized for his extensive knowledge of the legal market and his well-established relationships with partners, associates and recruiting coordinators.

He works closely with his clients to establish hiring strategies, compensation structure and interpretation of market trends. Keith also routinely counsels the attorneys he works with in their career planning and believes strongly in maintaining personal relationships with his candidates.

After graduating from Seton Hall University School of Law, Keith practiced as a commercial real estate attorney for five years. He began his legal recruiting career in 2001 with a large, national legal recruitment firm where he was recognized as the No. 1 recruiter nationally throughout 22 branch offices.

In 2005, Keith co-founded and established Advocate Legal Search & Consulting, a legal recruitment and consulting firm specializing in the recruitment and placement of associates, partners and in-house counsel at law firms and corporate legal departments in New Jersey and New York City. In June 2010, Keith joined Major, Lindsey & Africa as a Managing Director.
