Matthew Weaver

Executive Director, Solutions Practice Group—North America

As Executive Director of our Solutions Practice Group—North America, Matthew Weaver oversees practice group strategy, business development initiatives, client relations, and recruiter leadership and mentorship.

The Solutions Practice Group provides interim solutions to corporate legal departments and law firms by aligning top consulting attorneys (secondees) and legal professionals with our clients to solve strategic legal and staffing needs. These needs involve interim general counsel support, corporate, securities, M&A and commercial matters to compliance & regulatory initiatives, IP portfolio management, and litigation strategy and support.

Matthew has spent over a decade in strategic contract recruiting services with 12 years of experience at Major, Lindsey & Africa’s parent company, the Allegis Group. Prior to helping start the Solutions Practice Group in 2010, Matthew spent six years working for the Allegis Group’s Aerotek, Inc. as a divisional leader and account executive in the architectural, engineering and construction industry in New York City.

Matthew, and his wife Victoria, reside in Long Island City, NY. Matthew enjoys traveling all over the globe to experience the world’s best beaches, wineries, restaurants, golf courses, music and metropolitan cities. Matthew never misses the opportunity to watch a ballgame and enjoys mixing travel with visiting a variety of sporting venues.
