Natalie Bairaktaridis

Natalie Bairaktaridis is Managing Partner of Ward Howell International in Vienna. She has more than 20 yearsâ•˙ experience in Executive Search and Strategic Leadership Consulting in Austria and CEE/SEE. Her international background enables Natalie to advise international clients on crucial management and board hires. She has helped numerous international industrial manufacturing corporations, financial services companies and law as well as life science firms to grow their organization across Austria and CEE/SEE.

As a member of Ward Howell Internationalâ•˙s Legal and Financial Services Practice groups, she has been a long-standing and trusted adviser to leading Austrian and international firms, where she has successfully placed top executives and senior experts. Her wide network has contributed to assisting all her clientsâ•˙ growing new business in the D-A-C-H and CEE region. In short, she has been adapting in a very agile manner to the economic, social and technological trends of each major upheaval.

Natalie studied Law and History of Art at the University of Vienna. She speaks fluent German, English and Greek.
