Ali has over 35 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations and has worked at several senior level positions in various multinational companies. Having held the positions of Chief Executive, Executive Director and Head of HR at ICI Pakistan Ltd, Ali has a thorough understanding of key characteristics and competencies required for senior roles in a company. He has degrees in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration and has attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. His expertise ranges over diverse industries, including Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Consumer Durables and Electronics.
