Benedikt Rinio

Benedikt Rinio is a Partner of Ward Howell International.

Benedikt started his career in Private Banking at Deutsche Bank and entered the executive search industry after his MBA. He started his consulting career with Signium International and was part of the strategy team relaunching Ward Howell International worldwide.

Over the past ten years in the firm, Benedikt has developed a solid client portfolio through the successful implementation of search assignments, business development activities and has established long-term relationships and strong networks within the Industrial, Finance, FMCG, Life Science, and Automotive sectors.

He works closely with large multinationals as well as with small and midsized family-owned companies across the industrial sector, with particular specialization in machinery and engineering, technical services, construction, steel, and automotive. Benedikt also provides executive and non-executive director searches.

Benedikt graduated top of his class with an Masters in Business Administration from European Business School (EBS Universität), the oldest private business university in Germany. He is also an alumni of Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (CA, USA) and SMU – Singapore Management University (Singapore) where he studied for his Masters. He earned his Bachelor degree from Canisius College (NY, USA) in Buffalo and TU Dortmund University (Germany).
