Louis La Rocca is a partner at NGS Global LLC based in the firm’s San Francisco headquarters.

For over 17 years, Mr. La Rocca has recruited elite talent for private and public companies at every stage of growth, ranging from early stage companies to the Fortune 500. He has placed executives across the C-Suite, critical management and functional heads spanning General Management, Marketing, Sales, Engineering. R&D, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Mr. La Rocca has spent his executive search tenure working within the Silicon Valley and San Francisco Bay Area.

Mr. La Rocca received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of the Pacific and his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
