Almudena Jado is a Partner and splits her time between the Mexico City and Madrid offices of NGS Global.

Ms. Jado brings almost 10 years of executive search experience with proven results in client management. She joined NGS Global in September 2019 following eight years at Zavala Civitas Executive Search, a global search firm, where she led the Mexico City office building strong client relationships throughout Latin America. Ms. Jado is highly recognized in the Mexican and Spanish markets as a reliable recruitment partner.

Prior to Zavala Civitas, Ms. Jado worked in marketing and communications for Banco Santander in London, as well as in public relations at Hugo Boss in Paris.

Ms. Jado earned a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication at ESCP Europe, as well as a double Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from a joint university program at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and Dublin City University. She received a certification in Professional Coaching and Career Transition. Ms. Jado speaks fluent Spanish, English and French.
