Larry Fraser

Managing Partner

Larry Fraser is the Managing Partner for the New York office of NGS Global. For the past 30 years, he has advised clients ranging from the largest global banks to private growth companies. Mr. Fraser has conducted hundreds of successful leadership and senior-level search assignments within the financial services industry. He has placed executives in most key functional areas for both public and private companies across a broad array of financial services including the capital markets, hedge fund and asset management arenas.

Prior to joining NGS Global, Mr. Fraser founded Management and Capital Partners, a specialized retained executive search boutique focused on financial services and was a competency-based selection search service model that integrated leadership solutions into its offering. Before that, he was Managing Principal of the New York office and the head of the Financial Services Practice at a nationally recognized search firm. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fraser was a senior consultant with a long-standing, New York-based, retained executive search firm that focused on the securities industry.

Mr. Fraser received his Bachelor of Arts in Government from Skidmore College. He is an avid student of management science and his hobbies include running, cooking and playing the guitar.
