Juliana Camargo is a Partner based in the São Paulo office of NGS Global.

Ms. Camargo has over 13 years of experience in executive search and management consulting with a track record based on commitment, ethics, and excellence in her delivery. She has an in-depth understanding and experience of the executive search process, its challenges and complexities and important knowledge of project management services in Brazil and Latin America.

Prior to NGS Global, Ms. Camargo worked at Zavala Civitas as a Partner as well as at Korn Ferry, mainly focused on the consumer goods sector. Before that, Ms. Camargo was a Partner at ABM Search, a Brazilian management consulting boutique, responsible for leading projects and consultants recruiting across all industries and functions. Ms. Camargo has also worked as a clinical psychologist in private practice.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a postgraduate degree in Psychoanalysis. Ms. Camargo speaks native Portuguese and is fluent in English with business proficiency in Spanish.
