Fariman Felisa

Fariman Felisa is Managing Partner at NGS Global since December 2019 and is based in the Paris office.

Ms. Felisa brings nearly 30 years of executive search experience managing C-level assignments across all functions with an emphasis in the FMCG, retail, beauty and luxury brands industries within the global market.

Prior to joining NGS Global, Ms. Felisa established CrossLinks Executive Search as an entrepreneurial firm that provided clients with top quality and tailor-made solutions that found the best global talent to match client expectations. Before that, she launched and successfully managed Neumann Partners in France, leading the Global FMCG Practice, in charge of the Middle East and Africa regions. Earlier in her career, Ms. Felisa was Partner at Korn Ferry and AT Kearney Executive Search, where she contributed to the growth of the Global Consumer Luxury Retail Practice.

And prior to that, her responsibilities at Danone Group as Vice President, Human Resources Executive Development and International Sourcing gave her the opportunity to manage 150 top executives worldwide.

Ms. Felisa earned her Postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology from Paris-Descartes University and a Master’s degree in English from Sorbonne Nouvelle.
