Emmanuel Caron

mmanuel Caron is Managing Partner at NGS Global and is based in the Paris office.

Mr. Caron leads C-level assignments with an emphasis on FMCG, retail, digital and industrial sectors. He also has expertise in leadership and performance improvement, as well as coaching and team building.

Prior to joining NGS Global, Mr. Caron was Partner at CrossLinks Executive Search and co-found a specialized digital search company. Before that, he gained deep experience in executive search as a partner at global search firms Odgers Berndtson, Signium International and Intersearch.

Before his career in executive search, Mr. Caron spent 20 years in various human resources positions for multinational corporations. He started as Head of Recruitment and Career Management at Danone, then became Human Resources Director for L’Oréal Professional Products Division, and later Human Resources Director for Lever-Fabergé (Unilever Group). He then worked in the retail sector as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Etam, and then served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for L’Occitane Group.

Mr. Caron holds a Master’s degree in Law as well as in Human Resources from Université Paris-Dauphine. He is qualified in the Coaching and Team Building program, Transformance, and the Cedep/Insead General Management program.
