With more than 14 years of executive search experience, Chuck Drake conducts senior-level assignments within the life sciences industry with a focus on for-profit acute care hospital systems. Chuck has recruited CEOs, COOs, CFOs and CNOs for both national and regional organizations.

Working with urban, academic, community and rural hospitals, Chuck finds candidates that can balance both patient care and profitability. Chuck has client relationships with both for-profit and not-for-profit acute care hospital systems.

Before his executive search career, Chuck worked as a CFO for two privately held companies and served in the US Navy. After retiring as a Navy Commander, he worked as an international contractor with the Kuwait Air Force, redefining the country’s aviation maintenance and safety programs.
