Scott offers over 15 years of recruiting and Human Resources experience and has worked for several large healthcare companies.
He has contributed to the recruitment and development of leadership teams for top healthcare organizations including: Quorum Health, Community Health Systems, LifePoint Hospitals and HCA, as well as numerous small and large hospitals and non-profit systems across the country.
In addition to his SPHR certification, Scott has a Bachelor’s of Science from Truman State and an MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources from Bethel University.
