Troy Bennett is experienced with strategic talent acquisition on both local and national levels filling critical roles for upper c-level, executive search and middle management recruitment.

He builds and leverages authentic relationships across the industrial manufacturing sector, providing clients with the most positive results-driven leadership. Additionally, he works confidentially with passive top performing candidates focused on career change, understanding sometimes the process is very stressful.

His goal is to provide exceptional, quality service that will make the experience seamless and at the same time rewarding. He was recognized with the “Great by Choice” award at FGP.

Prior to joining FGP, Troy was with another major talent recruiting firm where he specialized in direct hire for light industrial manufacturing, accounting and finance, healthcare and IT related positions. The majority of roles filled were sales, marketing, business development and upper management.

His past experience also includes business development in food and beverage, package shipping and logistics, retail and technology. One of his greatest accomplishments was being named the top salesman with the United Parcel Service.
